Digital Growth Marketeer

My client is a company founded by entrepreneurs (founded 15+ companies) solving their own experienced problem: Will a new product or service be viable? What processes and frameworks can be applied to achieve massive growth? 

My client use all available digital channels to test products, services or marketing campaigns on specific target groups to evaluate different value propositions. We do this by performing an average of 1.000 experiments. In this way, we consult clients on product viability during market introductions,

DIGITAL GROWTH Marketeer

We are looking for a Digital Growth Marketeer to join our team in Amsterdam. 

In this position you will :

Job Description

• You will work in a small team to help clients make better business decisions.

• Your general focus will be on strategy, proposition development, growth hacking, project management.

• You will work on several client projects during the week, sometimes directly with the founders / CEOs.

• You will test and scale new marketing channels.

• You will create and optimize online ad campaigns on all relevant channels.

• You will optimize full AARRR funnels by measuring and identifying gaps.

• You will grow our in-house toolset and knowledge base for testing and driving growth

• You will work with the full team to create, test and optimize new growth frameworks, processes and products.

• You will develop your skills while working on company side-projects, and increase your knowledge regarding companies exponential growth.

Requirements

What you'll bring to the team:

• Application Requirement nr.1: Well experienced in ROAS optimization on Social Paid Advertizing.

• Smart and willing to learn

• BSc/ MSc University Degree

• 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing

• Hands-on experience working with paid ads on multiple channels

• Comfortable with GA / Hotjar / Unbounce / Mailchimp / Zapier / Semrush / Event tracking / Multivariate testing / SEO

• Experience using and optimizing the AARRR funnel

• Fluent in English

• Available full-time

• Experience with Data Science

• Extract and clean data into a usable format for client presentation

• Create, evaluate and refine predictive models

• Identify business insights and apply business intelligence

• Proposition development

• Basic coding or design skills
