Currently we are scaling up our head office here in Amsterdam and are therefore looking for new colleagues and one we really need now is a UX Designer.

Being in design at Atida is as challenging as it is rewarding. Because several new propositions will be launched the coming years, a significant amount of new products have to be designed. You won’t be optimizing only check-outs, you, together with your team, are responsible for designing new products from scratch in a fast paced environment.

Role: Senior UX Designer

As Senior UX Designer you will report to the Lead Product Designer. The Chief Product Officer is in charge of the product and design team and is a strong believer and advocate of design. As UX Designer you:

• Are responsible for designing and concepting new products and propositions

• Have a deep understanding of customer needs (UX research) and understand that design is all about details

• Will translate flows and designs into wireframes

• Build high fidelity designs and prototypes

• Maintain and iterate on our design standards and a design system

• Are responsible for close collaboration with the Visual Designer, Lead Experience Designer, copy and relevant team members from other teams

• Work closely with the development team in product teams

About you:

As Senior UX Designer you:

• Have 3-5 years of experience with UX/Product Design

• Have experience with User Research

• Have proven work experience designing complex digital products and services

• Have a compelling portfolio of work that showcases your talent

• Have worked at an agency and are familiar with ways of working like design sprints

• Work extremely fast

• Love to solve problems

• Have to be a constant learner. You will be always growing - both personally and with the team
